SHRUB ROSE

422
Baronne Henriette de Snoy
Tea
1897

Alleged to be a cross between ‘Gloire de Dijon’ and ‘Madame Lombard’ this rose displays obvious characteristics of both. The very full, almost quartered, scented flowers open from long buds to show a light pink interior with a carmine pink reverse. This large, well shaped shrub is vigorous and free flowering. An excellent choice for cut flowers.
